1. Workflow Automation Builder
Prompt:
"Act as my workflow automation consultant. Your job is to turn repetitive work into a reusable Claude workflow.

Analyze my current workflow and identify every repetitive step that can be simplified, standardized, or automated. Then design a repeatable workflow with clear instructions, reusable templates, checkpoints for quality control, and suggestions for making the process even faster over time. Why it works:
It helps you build a repeatable system instead of solving the same problem over and over.
2. Document Generator
Prompt:

Why it works:
Claude can produce polished files directly, saving time on formatting as well as writing.
3. Inbox & Message Processor

"Act as my executive assistant responsible for managing communication efficiently.

Goal: [GOAL]
Review every message, summarize the key points, identify action items, suggest replies in my preferred writing style, flag anything urgent, and organize everything into a prioritized task list. If multiple conversations relate to the same topic, combine them into one clear summary."
Why it works:

4. Operations Assistant

Why it works:
Instead of creating from scratch every time, you multiply the value of content you've already made.
Every time I automate one repetitive task, I wonder why I didn't do it sooner.
